Ahmedabad Boys PG Survey

I need a clear, up-to-date picture of the boys’ hostels and PGs located around Sarkhej, Makarba, Corporate Road and Prahlad Nagar. The goal is to build a concise report, so the raw information you collect has to be accurate, recent and neatly organised. Here is what the survey must cover for every property you reach: • Pricing – record the monthly rent, security deposit and any additional recurring or one-time charges. • Facilities – note everything offered on-site (meals, laundry, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, parking, AC, security, etc.). • Occupancy – capture current vacancy status or waiting list information when available. You are free to visit in person or conduct structured phone calls, but please be consistent in the questions you ask so the results are comparable. Deliverables 1. A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with one row per hostel/PG and clearly labelled columns for each data point. 2. A brief written report (Word, Google Doc or PDF) summarising key findings, patterns and any stand-out observations. I’ll review the sheet first; once the data looks solid, the summary report can follow.
