I am running a biological-research project that zeroes in on the architecture of the cell and how that architecture drives function. The work revolves around detailed examination of cell structure—organelles, membranes, cytoskeleton—so that we can map what we see under the microscope to the roles each compartment actually plays. The raw material for the study will be high-resolution images (confocal, TEM or similar), relevant literature references I supply, and any quantitative assays you may suggest to back up the visual observations. From those inputs, I need: • A clear, well-annotated image set that highlights each major structural element we discuss • A concise data table (or spreadsheet) quantifying size, density or spatial distribution metrics where possible • A written report (2-3 pages is fine) that links each observed structural feature to its suspected or confirmed cellular function, referencing current literature for support Deliverables are complete once the images are annotated, the data table passes a quick reproducibility check (I will re-run one sample analysis), and the report reads clearly without gaps between the observations and functional interpretations. Preferred tools include ImageJ/Fiji for image processing, GraphPad or Excel for basic stats, and any standard reference manager for citations—feel free to propose alternatives if they streamline the workflow.
