Rollno and Roomno. of the student need to be mentioned as header and and student name as watermark in the word file. Marks will be scaled down to 5. Module A Spreadsheet Applications: (25 Marks) EduTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an online learning company selling courses, managing trainers, and student enrolments. As a Data Analyst, you are required to design a spreadsheet solution for the company. 1. Perform the following tasks using Spreadsheet Application: Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel Filename should be Your Name_Your Roll Number_Your Room [login to view URL] i. In Course sheet, apply Your Name as your company name as the title of the sheet and do the necessary formatting. Add relevant data like: Course name, Course Category, Course Fee, Duration, Trainer Name, Discount Rate etc. Use suitable functions to count no. of available courses, discount amount, average course fee. Show the use of relative, absolute, Department of Information Technology ii. iii. iv. v. mixed reference and name range. Calculate Profit for each course using sheet referencing. Apply COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF, SUMIF, NESTED IF, AND, OR, NOT functions in your dataset to get desired outputs. In Enrolment sheet, apply all possible data validation rule and add relevant data like Enrolment Date, Student ID, Student Name, Contact, Course Name, Payable Fees etc. One student may enrol in multiple courses. Sort student names in descending order and payable fees in ascending order. Filter data by course name and enrolment date. In Trainer sheet, add relevant data like: Trainer ID, Name with salutation, Department, Salary, Joining Date, Email, Rating. Determine gender, work experience of the trainers using suitable functions. Display first name, last name and abbreviated name/ initial (e.g., Rishav Arora RA) using suitable text functions. In Lookup sheet, find out department by Trainer ID (vlookup), salary by Trainer ID (hlookup), salary by Trainer Name (index + match) Calculate total revenue of the EduTech company using array formula. Note: Students need to take proper (clear) screenshots with high resolution for each 5 questions mentioned above. Each data and screenshot should be unique for each student. Student’s own rollno will be visible in each screenshot of their Excel Assignments. Students should not use any data from class assignments or should not copy the data from other students. Otherwise, their assignments will not be evaluated and marked as 0. Module B Computerized Accounting (15 Marks) 2. Perform the following tasks using Computerized Accounting : Tally Prime i. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. Create your West Bengal based company as “Your Name_Your Roll Number_Your Room Number”. The computerized accounting of books of your company commenced on 01-05- 2025. Prepare an Opening Balance Sheet with the following type of Ledger Accounts: Capital Account, Secured Loans/ Loans (Liability), Reserves & Surplus, Profit & Loss A/c, Bank Loan, Fixed Assets, Stock-In-Hand, Cash-In-Hand, Bank Accounts, Current Liabilities, Current Assets, Sundry Creditors, Sundry Debtors Create Parties (minimum 4 Customers and Suppliers) with Opening Balances (Party Name, Bill No., Amount) Create Godowns (minimum 4) in different locations in West Bengal. Create Stock Items (minimum 6) with Stock Group, Stock Category, HSN Code & GST Rate. Transfer Stock Items from one Godown to another and record it (minimum 2 transfers). Take the Backup of your company. Note: Students need to take proper (clear) screenshots with high resolution for each 7 questions mentioned above (including backup steps). Each steps in the above questions should be unique for the students. Student’s own rollno should be visible in each component (like ledger name, stock item etc.) of their Tally Assignments. Students should not use any data from class assignments or should not copy the data from other students.
