Hi, three to five sheets back as XLSX with duplicates gone and nothing else touched. Trailing spaces are the usual trap: two identical looking rows read as unique. How I would do it: a pandas pass per sheet that hashes the whole row, keeps the first copy and writes back with your columns in order. Removed rows go on a second tab so you can check the count.
