Scope of work: • Source properties primarily in North England and Midlands (e.g. Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Midlands) • Target property types: Detached houses or bungalows (preferred), minimum 2–4 bedrooms • Budget range: £90,000 – £180,000 For each property, provide a detailed report including: 1. Property Details • Asking price and estimated market value • Full address and postcode • Property type, size, number of bedrooms • Listing link (Rightmove, Zoopla, agent site) 2.
