You are the final gatekeeper of data integrity. Key Responsibilities PDF Extraction & Analysis: Review venue PDFs for all nuances (e.g., specific dates/times, qualifying criteria, "Expected Value" variables, and fine-print restrictions). Portal Entry & Management: Accurately input promotion details into the admin portal fields, ensuring proper tagging and categorization for the end-user. Audit & Quality Control: Perform "Double-Blind" audits on data entered by other team members to identify discrepancies. No promotion goes "Live" without your stamp of approval. Logical Mapping: Ensure the data matches our platform's logic (e.g., ensuring promotional amounts are displayed correctly and time-sensitive triggers are set accurately). Process Improvement: Identify recurring complexities in venue PDFs and suggest improvements to the admin portal fields to make data entry "leaner" and more automated. Detailed Compensation Structure This role follows the Portfolio Retainer model. We pay for Accuracy and System Integrity, not for the number of keystrokes. Weekly Rate: $10-$20 per week The "Ownership" Deliverable: Your $10/week covers the absolute accuracy of the database. If a user reports a data error that was missed during your audit, that is a failure of the "Ownership" mandate. Technical Requirements Analytical Mindset: You must have an eye for "The Fine Print." Experience in gaming, poker, or legal/contract review is a major plus. Data Integrity: Proficiency in managing CMS or Admin Portals with a focus on structured data.
