Freelance Kashmiri Annotator Job Description We're hiring a Freelance Kashmiri Language Annotator for a fully remote, work-from-home role. This is an ongoing, long-term engagement with an immediate start. Role: Kashmiri Language Data Annotator Type: Freelance / Contract (Ongoing) Location: 100% Remote (WFH) Hours: 30 hrs/week (6 hrs/day) Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities: Annotate, label, and review Kashmiri language text/audio/speech data Follow annotation guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency Flag ambiguous or unclear data for review Meet daily/weekly annotation targets consistently over time Requirements: Native or fluent proficiency in Kashmiri (read/write/speak) Good command of English for instructions and reporting Reliable internet connection and personal computer Attention to detail and consistency in labeling Ability to commit to a consistent daily schedule long-term Available to start immediately Prior annotation/data labeling experience preferred but not mandatory
