Project includes modification of seven(7)-tab Excel Workbook (Wage Reporting Sheet). Modifications will be clarified as project progresses but will include:
a) Changing format of all tabs to be consistent in design structure
a. Using example format o “Amount Due” tab, update all other tabs to use the same “One Unit” Column width (while maintaining the general visual layout of each tab).
b. Modify the top “letterhead” portion of all tabs to be consistent (logo and blue blocking to the left and right of the logo.
c. Set zoom on all tabs at the same level.
d. All text should follow font standards (example to be provided).
b) Shading should be minimal and used selectively to identify data entry fields. Conditional formatting to be used to remove/change shading in data entry fields when data is entered.
c) Link all Company Name and WC Policy Period fields on each tab to WC Policy Information Tab.
d) Lock all fields except data entry.
e) Make certain that all functions are usable in Excel 97-2003 Format or newer.
f) Basic functions verified for consistency and accuracy (guidance and specific expectations to be discussed).
g) Final file will be delivered
a. unprotected (no password to open or modify any tabs)
b. all tabs unhidden
c. no gridlines displayed
d. no headings displayed
e. no formula bar displayed
f. no message bar displayed
