I have forms with some personal information that needs to be entered into a spreadsheet. e.g. first name, last name, dob, address, email, comments/interest etc.
Forms have been collected from different locations, so a new tab will need to be created to capture data from each location.
This spreadsheet will be imported into a CRM database which holds information about our customers.
Whilst this is not a particularly difficult task, it does require good data entry skills and attention to detail. It is imperative that the data entered is accurate.
Samples of forms and data collection spreadsheet are attached.
What you need to do:
- Create new tab for each location
- Enter data from forms into excel sheet (according to location)
- Indicate that form data has been entered by cutting off the a corner
- Save sheet as a CSV format
- Email final file back to us, along with all the original forms in the replied paid envelope provided
How many forms are there:
- ~553 location 1
- ~29 location 2
Forms will be sent to you by express post.
I would estimate this job to take anywhere between 5-11 hours to complete.
