School Website Search for Faculty Teaching in January/February - DATA ENTRY

This can be a long term project for those who submit quality lists. *Background* We are a startup company focusing on e-learning. All of our customers are professors from Universities and colleges. In order to reach these professors, we require their contact information, which is always listed on the website of the University in which they teach. We would like someone to lookup websites of various assigned universities to make a list of Qualified Professors who are teaching for the semester which have classes beginning on January. What to do: You will be given University assignments. You will make a list of professors who are teaching in the semester with classes beginning on January. You can usually determine this from the “Schedule of Classes” found in the school website, most often under the Registrar/Academic link. You are then required to input their names, the course they teach and maximum enrollment capacity, and contact information into a spreadsheet file that will be provided to you (please see attached sample spreadsheet). Professors are qualified by the maximum number of students that can be enrolled in the courses they teach. For each Qualified Professor, you will be compensated USD$0.15c. So if you gather, 175 leads a day, which is the average, it’s USD$27 daily. (This must include the professor's name; phone number and email address; department; the course she/he teaches in the upcoming semester, and the maximum number of students in their class). The following Columns must be filled: Name Title ORG. (University Name) Dept. (Department the professor belongs) Email Phone Course in Winter Capacity of the Course in Winter (Which is the maximum enrolment capacity) ***The sample spreadsheet contains examples of how your list must look like. Though you are required for this batch of assignments to fill in winter course columns only. A SAMPLE ASSIGNMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE CONSIDERED. For your sample work, please create a list of 5 qualified professors following the above instructions for Georgetown University. Important: Lecture courses only. Course taught must have maximum enrollment capacity of 50 students or more. Schedule must be the recent schedule for the semester with classes which are to be taught on January/February – you might need to check the Academic calendar for this. Courses must be indicated under winter column, regardless of the name of the semester in the school website. The duration of the course does not matter but only the first day of when the courses will be taught, which must be within January-February(though usually semesters start on January).
