Collect Business and Product Data From Websites of a Special Kind

I need business and product information collected: 1. Find relevant* URLs (e.g. google scraping) - for a certain type of business 2. Extract business data (address, phone, mail, fax, ...) 3. Extract product information (duration of offer, product name, product details/description, product price, picture (if available), ... ) 4. Store data in database 5. Automatically restart process for successful URLs after given time frame or end of offer and continuously search and add new URLs I need a fully working system (maybe cloud based one day but that is not a requirement at the moment) and the complete source code (including a good / meaningful documentation) excellent structured and unitized. The final solution should be free of software licenses or costly investments (e.g. for the database software). If it makes a difference please split your bid in two milestones: 1.
