Call Center to provide support to sattelite installation techs to close jobs. There are a total of 120 jobs to close in 1 week. 16 jobs daily. The technician will call you and give you the information from the job. You (call center) will take this information and call the company to give them this information. The company has a toll free number for you to use. The reason the techs don't call directly to the company is that sometimes they are put on hold and they need to constatly move. That is why I need a dedicated call center to take the information from the techs and close the jobs for them. The information is short just 1 or two serial numbers. The process of closing takes 1-5 minutes. The times I need the call center to be available is 10am-9pm EST.
