Respected Authorities, I read your project and understand the requirement. However, I must be provided with a training to understand your product. I assure you about the prerequisites you have mentioned. 1. You must have a separate mobile phone with a new SIM. We will pay for the SIM card and calling charges. This phone must not be used for your personal purposes under any circumstances. - I do have an extra phone for calling people, all I have to do is to buy new SIM card which is the matter of 30 minutes. 2. You have to be able to speak very good English and Hindi. This job requires a telephonic interview as well. - I am from India and hence I have good command on English and best Hindi as well. 3. You have to be a genuinely happy natured person, who can really help out our clients with their queries and grievances. - I would like to assure you about the genuinely happy attitude towards helping out the clients 4. You must be based out of India, as our clients would be in India. - I do live in London. However, I do have a nice team to handle the same sort of tasks which is based in Nagpur, India. If you allow us, we can route our calls from US or UK based VoIP and call your customers from India to solve their queries. 5. You should be able to take calls between 9AM and 8PM IST every single day except Sunday and National holidays. - The time-span is carefully noted.
