Our company buys real estate properties to sell or rehab (fix) to rent or sell it for more. We also deal with commercial properties and new constructions of multi-unit building. Your responsibility: - Admin work - Taking and Giving Calls - Negotiating basic terms (we will train you, of course) - Drafting Contracts (also you will be trained to do so) - Any other work related to our current and upcoming projects. The rate starts from $80-$150/week as full-time and gradually increases as you're trained further.
