Seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist who has experience, reliable, responsible, and skilled in multi-tasking.

Requirements:

1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

2) Ordering office supplies

3) Experienced with Excel, Word, Outlook

5) Answer the telephone and must be professional on the telephone.

6) Seeking a part time, contract, could turn in a perm position

8 a.m. to 10a.m.

Monday-Friday
