We are seeking an inspired, experienced self starter to help manage a leading entrepreneur in the coordination of his businesses and personal endeavors.
This position provides critical support to the CEO/serial entrepreneur who is deeply involved with payroll and investment banking - to organize, hold accountable, and assist in making a difference in the work we do. Must have knowledge of social media, great phone and communication skills, and an incredible attention to detail. Willingness to be challenged, learn and grow is a plus in this fast-paced role.
Handling the daily activities of CEO including scheduling meetings, phone calls and travel, running errands, organizing office, and arranging personal appointments.
Heavy calendar coordination, including the scheduling for CEO across multiple endeavors and businesses (daily, weekly and monthly). Must keep CEO accountable to schedule.
Ability to act as liaison with multiple joint venture partner businesses and organizations, and aid in managing relationships.
Work within a team of professionals to accomplish project based goals with varying levels of priority.
Ability to discreetly handle confidential materials and subject matter.
Ability to work with virtual assistants.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Working Knowledge of Social Media
