Attached is a file of 1,221 business names. What we require is for a researcher to find their Australian website and pull back details from the 'contact us' page or similar. For each business, we would like to get as many of the following as possible: URL (that the data was collected from) URL - Home page Unit Street address Suburb State Postcode Telephone number Head office (y or n) Contact name 1 Contact title 1 Contact e-mail 1 Contact name 2 Contact title 2 Contact e-mail 2 Contact name 3 Contact title 3 Contact e-mail 3 Contact name 4 Contact title 4 Contact e-mail 4 Generic e-mail address 1 Generic e-mail address 2 Generic e-mail address 3 Generic e-mail address 4 ABN Notes - - The two URLs may be identical or different - There may be more than 1 address - if there is more than one, please create multiple lines for the same company and capture all addresses - please put a 'Y' in the field for head office and a n if they are not the head office - if there is only 1 address, please put a 'Y' in head office field - telephone number may be different per address - There may be 0, 1 or multiple contacts - please capture up to 4 contacts where possible - Generic e-mail address is where you find an e-mail address such as 'info@' or 'sales@' etc - please capture up to 4 where available - ABN - please visit this website - [login to view URL] - put in the company name and return the most accurate ABN number based on the results. - There will be duplicate companies, for example, in rows 1216 and 1217, 'YD PTY LTD' and 'Yd Pty. Ltd' are clearly the same company - in this case it is OK to copy the info from one to the other - but retain both records Ideally you would quote a price for sending back an initial sample of 50 records and then a price for completing the rest of the records - the 50 records will be checked for quality before part 2 is completed. I have attached the spreadsheet that is to be completed with an example of what we are expecting for your reference. Good luck -
