Saara kaam Superfone App ke through hoga – jisme calls aur WhatsApp leads dono manage karne honge. Responsibilities: * Superfone app se daily incoming & outgoing calls handle karna (loan inquiries ke liye) * WhatsApp chats manage karna (Superfone app ke through) * Leads ko greet, qualify aur follow-up karna * Scripts ke through loan products explain karna * Customer queries resolve karna aur reminders set karna * Daily reporting Google Sheets/Excel par maintain karna * Team ko End of Day (EOD) summary bhejna Requirements: * Hindi me clear communication (basic English preferred) * Superfone App use karne ki ability (training milegi) * WhatsApp Business / WA Web ka experience * Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge * Smartphone + stable internet connection * Discipline aur punctuality * Fresher welcome (experience is a plus) What We Offer: * Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month * Incentives on good performance (total earning ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 possible) * Training + Support provided (Superfone App use
