I need a count of how many products are for sale on Amazon.com.
We need an excel file that is categorized (11 total categories).
Here's how to do it: First, you look at master categories. For example, the first master category on Amazon is "books". Click on that (left side navigation). Now you have sub-categories. The first sub-category is "2009 Calendars". Click that. (I know calendars are not a sub-category of books, but Amazon set it up that way so we'll go with it). The first sub-sub category is "block calendars". Click on that. Now you will see on the left that Amazon tells you there are 316 under the sub-sub-sub category "any format". You are done with this one. The answer is 316. As soon as you get numbers you stop and go back.
So let's hit the back button. The next sub-sub category is "engagement calendars". So click that. We see that there are two sub-categories of "engagement calendars", 239 with a format under "calendars" and 1 with a format under "printed books". So we fill in this information and hit our back button and go to the next sub-category of calendars and do the same thing. The attached excel document should make the layout more clear (see tab "books").
Note that each main category should be its own excel tab, as provided in the example attached.
SPEED IS IMPORTANT. I WOULD PREFER A FIRM THAT CAN SPLIT THIS UP AND COMMIT TO COMPLETE IN THE NEXT 8 HOURS.
