For my Wedding Photography Business, I need someone to create a 3 person Excel Daily Timeline template where I will complete each row of each Person’s spreadsheet by as follows:
-First I will manually enter the start time in Cell A2.
- Then in Cell B2, I need a dropdown box populated with info from an open Access Table which will become the Location Information for that location. In this Column, I need the ability to either use the Dropbox Location info or manually enter my own Location info.
- Moving across the speadsheet, I will manually enter info in Cells C2 & D2.
- In Cell E2, I will enter an amount of time (in minutes). When the amt of minutes is entered into E2, cell F2 will automatically update as the new time created by adding the minutes from E2 to the start time in A2.
- I will then manually a number of minutes in G2, cell A3 will automatically update with the number of minutes in G2 added to the the time in F2.
I will then complete as many rows as needed to complete the daily.
Any time that any of the minute cells ( from the E & G columns get changed, all of the corresponding times after that will update.
I need 3 separate pages so I can create timeline for 3 people from this same event.
Then I need the ability to show an overlay of the 3 people’s timelines for the day.
When saved, it’ll be a 3 person timeline form.
Although, it may seem a bit complicated, it’s quite an easy task.
