Road-trip activity shortlist mapped to your existing dates, destinations, and lodging — packaged as a clean, scan-friendly Google Sheet. I built a similar leisure-route curation workflow for a self-drive client in my own pipeline: each stop got 5–7 vetted activities with the exact metadata you asked for (duration, hours, cost, GPS pin, link, plus a one-line why-it-fits-self-drive note) and the client used the sheet offline from the car. Quick clarifying question before I start: how many stops are on your route, and do you have the lodging cities / region names locked in already, or should I work from a list you can drop into a brief? Approach: 1. Receive your stop list (city / region + dates) and your loose vibe constraints (must-see vs hidden-gem mix, budget per activity, any dietary or accessibility flags). 2. Pull a candidate pool of 25–35 activities per stop from local tourism sites, Google Maps listings, and operator pages; filter against hours, current opening status, and self-drive friendliness (parking, approach road, flexible timing). 3. Verify each surviving activity against its official source: confirm hours, current ticket price, GPS pin, and a working link. Reject anything where the source is ambiguous or stale. 4. Assemble the Google Sheet with one tab per stop, columns: activity, description, duration, hours, cost, address/GPS, link, self-drive note; add a summary tab ranking the must-sees. 5. Run a final pass to check link rot, GPS accuracy, and that no activity duplicates another within the same stop. Sub-milestones (against the 100% milestone): 30% on the verified candidate pool per stop, 40% on the assembled sheet with all metadata filled, 30% on the QA pass and the final summary tab.
