I would like to apply for the position as I have the temperament, qualifications, experience, willing to learn, support the business and be able to grow with the organization.
I have worked as the head of business administration in services business unit in Siemens and handled tens of projects in which I have been responsible for communication with internal/external stakeholders of the business.
In doing so, I have worked with customers, consultants, vendors, contractors, project/executive managements and so on so forth. Each having their own mandate and timelines while communication is being done. Therefore, I am confident that I will be able to handle the job really well as I have experienced similar working environment of dealing with different kinds of people, organization set up and situations.
Having said that I would definitely need support, training and guidance on the products, processes and projects in order to be up and running. However, once the same has been done, I will surely be providing the lead role in helping customer and the organization in handling all kinds of difficult situations and meeting and exceeding expectations.
I offer my tireless/endless efforts and commitment for the job. Accordingly, I look forward to receiving more information on the project and next steps for the recruitment process.
Please note that I am already working as an administrator for a law firm based in Bahrain in handling a similar job role.
