Daily Updating Of Websites

I am looking for a part-time website administrator to update my videos websites. Time commitment is 1.5 hours a day (including weekends).

It is possible to spend 8-9 hours in one time period and have the system release the videos everyday. All the websites have a scheduling feature. However, there still needs to 10-15 minutes a day to place some links on some of my partner sites.
The person must have a basic knowledge of phpmyadmin and ftp. Must have good written English. Access to a fast internet connection (broadband).
I will try for one month and see how everything goes. Everything will be done through rentacoder. 50% on a satisfactory completion after the first two weeks and 50% after the month is over.
This is a long term position. It could well last 6+ months. In addition, I have a couple of other sites that I will eventually have the person assigned to this job also update the other sites. If that happens the pay will also increase.
I can pay $200 / month.
