We are looking for a smart and fast working administrative assistant. Work that needs to be done includes: 1. Entering data into our CRM The sales manager will give you an area where we need to enter contacts, and you'll need to go through and enter all of the agents into our CRM Hubspot. 2. Providing data entry services to our website development team Adding testimonials, news, etc to websites 3. Providing data processing services to our support team Creating letter templates, doing data imports, converting data from one format to another format in excel. Excellent excel skills required.

Good afternoon, My name is Echo Bass, and I am breaking into the virtual assistant world. I have 8 years of administrative experience. 4 Years of work in a university department completing the following tasks: - Answering telephones - Sending and responding to emails - Scheduling meetings and allocating space - Scheduling classes for professors - Planning travel arrangements - Creating office documents - Mailing lists - Data entry I was also a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for a Community Corrections Facility. In this role I was responsible for: - Communicating with the courts and probation officers - Entering case management and class notes into database within 24 hours - Enrolling new clients in the appropriate classes - Research, write, and implement new classes - Communicate clearly and concisely with fellow CBT Therapists - Answer calls - Fax and email correspondence I am able to complete work with a fast turn around.
