I need help turning a scattered mix of event photos and videos into a tidy, share-ready archive. You’ll gather every file I supply (and any that come in from photographers or videographers), check for duplicates or corrupt clips, then arrange everything chronologically by event date. Each file should be renamed with the event name and its date—no other convention—so anyone can instantly see where it belongs. Once the structure is in place, upload the entire library to either Dropbox or Google Drive (your choice; I use both) and generate clean share links that I can pass straight on to clients and media outlets. Because we handle both photos and videos, keep original resolutions intact and preserve any existing metadata. If you spot obvious gaps in a timeline, flag them so I can follow up with the shooter.
