Excel Data Sheet work

Example excel file attached that is not 100% complete. I have some more rows of products to add in but this should give you an idea. Example file is attached with Excel Layout Example from Website for you to see how ours will end up looking. • Need to combine column H and I together to read column H info followed by a comma and then column I data. So it would read: Original: EC TR PACIF BLUE 536A9A ECO BLACK 2A292C How we need it: EC TR PACIF BLUE, 536A9A ECO BLACK, 2A292C We done, ON THIS COLUMN only, delete the data so column I is blank. • Combine rows with the same style number/color name into one row(example of the on the attached word document). While doing this we need to combine the sizes stated (S, M, L, XL…..) from column J into one cell for each row of a style number/color name (example of the blue text on the attached word document) Need to make sure the column names/date stay the same. So after we combine the like style/colors from column H, those results are still in column H. When we combine the sizes for a style/color from column J, we need to make sure those results are shown in column J. All the other columns needs to stay the same. Each column represents a special file that cannot be moved. • After each style number, insert a row with the text “#NewProduct” in column A. This will be inserted after ALL of a style are listed in each color. You can see below that the styles are grouped with a color being listed on each row of a product and after all the colors are listed, a #NewProduct row is inserted and a new style/color is started. • After have combined our J columns and input a NewProduct row between each style number, we need to export these into unique excel files based on column U. So if anything in Column U that reads “T” for example would be on its own excel sheet and that excel sheet would be called “T”. Keeping in mind on these excel sheets we still need to make sure J columns are still combined and #NewProduct is still separating each style number.
