Field Operations Supervisor for Housekeeping Services

Care Well Services is seeking a responsible and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff across multiple client sites in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. The role involves daily site visits (bike mandatory), handling 10–20 sites with 30–80 staff, resolving client complaints, maintaining discipline, ensuring service quality, and coordinating manpower replacements. The candidate must have 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping/security/manpower fields, strong communication skills, and basic knowledge of mobile reporting (WhatsApp/Excel). Key Responsibilities: - Daily visits to multiple sites. - Manage attendance, discipline, and grooming of staff. - Resolve client complaints promptly. - Train new staff and guide existing workers. - Submit daily visit reports via WhatsApp/Excel. Requirements: - Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience. - Own bike with a valid license is mandatory. - Strong communication and multitasking skills. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Petrol Allowance (based on experience). Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities to Area Manager role are also offered.
