We are looking for a candidate who is versed in Quickbooks and has administrative experience. The hours can be flexible.
This position would be responsible for but not limited to:
Supporting bookkeeping and operational tasks
Updating and maintain accounting transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable)
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Data Entry skills
Organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, highly organized individual
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills
Required prior experience essential for this position:
1-3 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
