I am from the Western Australian Debating League. We run a high school debating competition including 50+ schools and 400+ teams. The debates take place at 5-6 different venues/schools (called "venue categories" on the software). For example, Shenton College is a venue. We create the draw (showing debate times, locations etc.) using Heroku/tabbycat software.

I am looking for someone that can design a debating tournament software that is similar to tabbycat. Below I have listed the issues I've had with using tabbycat.
Using the software we have takes a significant amount of time. Most of that time is spend fixing errors on the draw. I am okay with all the steps leading up to putting teams in divisions, but was wondering if there was a way to speed up the process from there onwards. After generating the draw, there were would be numerous errors throughout many divisions in which debates will be displaying in the wrong division, and hence the wrong time (different divisions have different debate times and different locations/school venues). We would have to manually fix each debate until the correct date/times/division would show. I am assuming the debates show up at the wrong divisions because we no longer assign rooms to each debate (rooms = "venues" on software). We leave the room as is. The draw will just assume the debate is meant to take place at a division that matches the room (if room is Shenton room 1, it will assume it must be from a Division set to Shenton College) and therefore the division is altered along with its time. I would like to remove having to set any rooms/"venues" at all from the software. The venue/location/"venue categories" (e.g @ Shenton College) will suffice for each debate.
After the draw is already generated, many school coordinators would contact to remove/add teams or change certain teams to different times. This means I will have to frequently move teams across divisions or remove them entirely. I would have to re-do each debate match-up manually in a division if a team in that division is removed. I do not want to manually change each debate in a division because of adjustments that need to be made after the draw is generated. I was wondering if there was a way in which I could adjust the divisions (e.g. move a team from division 1 to division 3) and click a button in which the debates/debate match-ups in these 2 divisions are then automatically updated on the draw. This would remove me having to enter each and every debate again.
This is an overview of my problems with the software. Currently I am only looking for someone to be willing to alter the software for $1000 or less.
