Candidate must also have excellent computer skills, great communication skills, be able to wear many hats and multi task in a very fast paced environment. Must have the ability to work diligently to help maintain a smooth office operation. Experience in the healthcare field is a major plus.

Making outgoing calls to let our customers know of their approvals

Must have very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Must have a professional demeanor, and be able to pass a background check.
Must be self-motivated - can work with little supervision
Must be always dedicated to the task at hand with excellent follow up skills and know how to get things done.
