A growing consulting company is looking for a part-time virtual assistant (Entry-level). The job itself takes an average of 2-3 hours per day Monday-Friday and needs to be done during the Finnish office hours (6am-2pm GMT).
You are going to be working on tasks related to lead-generation, sales and follow up and follow our processes as they are laid out in our documentation. You will be working closely with sales, booking meetings with email and messaging and thus helping us reach better results.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Identify great leads based on our selected criteria.
-Send customized proposals, emails, and messages to potential leads.
-Create follow up tasks on our CRM and send email follow-ups to leads.
-Emailing potential leads and appointment scheduling.
-Managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
-Writing proposals to customers via freelance websites.
-Tracking of sales and lead-generation metrics.
-Excellent English communication skills are a necessity.
-A stable internet connection that is fast enough for quality Skype calls.
-Attention to detail and a person who takes pride in doing things right.
-Someone who is passionate about communication and influence that follows guidelines but also thinks on his own.
-The ability to focus without getting bored or losing focus (this job can be monotonous at times).
-Very eager to learn and able to process instructions, understand the core reasoning behind the processes.
