Need a person to make calls to Australia --- repost

I need a person to make calls to Australian IT service providers (I will provide the list).
* The calls would be made through Skype (I will give the Skype acc)
* the calls would be made to convince 5 targets to take an online survery in given dates. (Will tell u the dates later)In case those targets dont appear for surveys then follow up calls / or calls to new targets would need be made
The candidtes applying for this job should
* be very fluent in English, with neutral accent
* Have a complete command over Skype
* have high internet speed (for good voice quality during calls)
* be available to start calling from today.
This is a repost porject. Had to repost because of a time waster. I will not select the chosen candidate until and unless he shows one day work. I am going to pay $50 and it requires at most 10 hours work. Dont bid if you cant work at this rate. I will not waste any money on escrow or stuff so forget that.
