I have a 8000 line excel sheet that needs a few things -UPDATE all property mailing address and property address - many are missing appropriate 'ST/AVE/RD/DR, etc' -Mark any commercial property, land or mobile homes that are found -Clean up missing fields and format first and last name. some are cleaned up already. -Everything should be typed in CAPS I hired someone previously that did a poor job and some of the property types are wrong, so they should be double checked. Your attention to detail is very important. This person will need to have a good understanding of property, street names and be able to do a bit of digging to figure out what the fields should be. Please no guessing! You need to be smart about it.
