We are currently looking to employ virtual assistants within the United States, to complete clerical projects that are anticipated to require around 10-15 hours of work per week for over a period of 6 months.
The work will include the following tasks:
-Taking inbound calls from clients.
-Answering/forwarding emails from customers, partners, and vendors.
-Placing customer notes in a worksheet.
-Coordinating the company's meeting calendar during weekdays.
-Booking travel arrangements for conferences.
-Make business purchases and deal with vendors.
-Booking appointments with clients.
-Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
-File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
-Database building (eg. updating email or contact lists on our CRM)
-Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)
-Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint Presentations)
-Recruitment (source for other team members like writers,graphic artists or website designers)
-Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
-Manage and update Social Media Accounts
-Blog commenting (to increase links to our site)
-Participating in discussion forums or message boards (more promotion!)
The following skills are also required:
-Expertise in customer service.
-Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
-Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar.
