Part-Time Australian Phone Support VA

I need a reliable virtual assistant to handle customer support calls during Australian business hours. The role is strictly phone-based, so confident, friendly communication and a quiet work environment are essential. You’ll be the first point of contact for our callers—answering questions, noting issues, and updating the relevant record in our cloud CRM while keeping response times short and the experience positive. I would prefer a female, as most of our callers will be mothers wanting information on our kids party and event entertainment service here in Melbourne. Basic call-handling software and a headset are required; familiarity with any standard VoIP tool is a plus. I will supply a clear knowledge base, call flow, and escalation procedures so you can get up to speed quickly. Training and ongoing feedback will be provided—what matters most is your professionalism, reliability, and ability to convey information with warmth.
