This project combines two recurring tasks: accurate online form filling and writing concise, engaging product descriptions for an expanding e-commerce catalog. The workload is intentionally part-time, spread across the week, so you can organise it around other commitments while still meeting our agreed deadlines. Scope of work • Online form filling: You’ll receive secure login details and a clear spreadsheet of source data. Your job is to transfer each record into the web form, double-checking for spelling, numerical accuracy, and correct dropdown selections. • Product descriptions: For every new item we add, you’ll craft a short description that highlights key features, benefits, and tone of voice that fits the brand. Length averages 70–120 words per product. Acceptance criteria • 100 % of assigned forms submitted with no validation errors. • Each product description passes our plagiarism scan and matches the style guide we provide. • Turnaround: 24 h for small batches (≤20 products), 48 h for larger drops. Tools & file formats Google Sheets for tracking, a browser-based CMS for the forms, and Word/Docs (or a plain-text editor) for drafts. Familiarity with basic SEO keywords is helpful but not mandatory. Deliverables 1. Completed web forms, confirmed in the CMS dashboard. 2. A shared folder containing all approved product descriptions.
