PDF Tables to Formatted Excel

Several PDFs containing only tables and grids have to be turned into a clean, fully-editable Excel workbook. I want every table recreated so that the row-column structure matches the source exactly, but with customized formatting that improves readability rather than simply duplicating the PDF’s appearance. After conversion, the spreadsheet should: • keep numerical data as numbers, not text • preserve all header rows and sub-totals in their correct positions • apply my preferred formatting once I supply the style guide (colours, widths, alignment, or any conditional rules we agree on) Accuracy matters more than speed, so automated copy-paste that breaks merged cells or misplaces decimals is not acceptable. I will provide the PDFs and confirm the formatting rules before you start; the final deliverable is a single .xlsx file plus a brief note describing any issues you encountered and how you resolved them.
