I need a matrix report to count the number of times a call is placed into the a company. The data sources are two flat files, one Excel and one CSV The excel file contains multiple records of companies with a row for each contacts in the company. Each row has a corresponding column for 'Company', and phone fields 'Switchboard Number', 'Site Number', 'DDI' and 'Mobile Number'. There are other columns but these are the ones we need to report against. Fields such as 'Switchboard Number' and Site Number will be duplicated in this file. The CSV file contains calling records which has a 'To' field in it. This is phone number that was called. The report should use a Power BI Matrix visual, and list the company name and next to this a count of the number of times this has been dialled by looking though the CDR CSV and matching these against the records for phone fields and counting how many times these have been called. Sample data is available as well as an image of what the final report should look like. As an estimate we consider this to be less than three hours work.
