We provide call centre clients with quality and performance checking services. For this role we are looking for a number of telephone operators to answer calls from our clients call centers and record a simple score on how the call centre performed.
* No prior experience of the products involved are needed.
* Can work between 9AM - 9PM GMT or 4PM - 4AM PH Time
* Should have their own laptop or desktop
* Noise cancelling headset
* Fast internet connection (5mbps and UP)
* Call center experienced is a plus but not required
