- Ability to speak and understand fluent American English
- Should have good/fast internet access and should be available on whatsapp to communicate with me.
- Be on call to Attend and document phone calls from clients/tenants and contractors
- Make/Schedule Followup calls wherever required
- Maintain calendar to schedule and update meetings
- General bookeeping and accounting skills needed to maintain some spreadsheets
- Ability to work during US hours
- Ability to make and receive calls to and from US is a plus
