Dear all, I have been around the telemarketing and telesales industry for more than 12 years whether for Landlines, Telecom, Solar Panels companies, Senior Medical Supplies such as knee braces/back braces, local listings for yellow pages/google ads and SEO not to mention Real Estate appointment setting and closing leads. I have operated and managed different dialers, predictive and normal ones, as well as different types of CRMs depending on client needs.
