You MUST have a great command over the english language, be a problem solver, and know how to follow instructions very well. This is very important!
You will be expected to watch several training videos and answer a few questions (as a test) regarding these videos. Upon acceptance, you will be getting paid on a "per ticket" basis, but this will quickly move to a Part Time position where you can work hourly.
I am seeking a few support staff to handle tickets around the clock (24/7). Your response time to tickets is of the upmost importance as well.
