I need an experienced virtual assistant who already knows their way around Shopee Seller Centre (Indonesia) to keep my store running smoothly every day. Your focus will be twofold: make sure every incoming order is processed on time and handle all buyer messages that ask about order status. Here is what the role looks like from my side: • Order processing – as soon as a payment is confirmed you’ll arrange shipment in the Seller Centre, generate the airway-bill, coordinate with the courier pickup schedule I provide, and update the order status so buyers can track their package without delays. • Customer service – most questions are simple “Where is my order?” messages. I expect a friendly, concise reply following my template within the same working day (faster is even better). All communication stays inside Shopee chat; no live-chat widget or phone calls involved. You will get full access to the store dashboard plus my standard response scripts, shipping cut-off times, and escalation rules. Reliability is key: if you commit to a shift, I need you online and responsive during Indonesian business hours. Daily deliverables I’ll review in the dashboard: – All new orders moved to “Ready to Ship” before the courier cut-off – 100 % of buyer inquiries answered, with chat screenshots logged in a shared folder If you’ve successfully managed a Shopee or Lazada shop before, let me know the store link and average daily order volume you handled.
