Receiving the customer documents (investment docs, insurance docs, accounting opening form ,fatca form, standing order, Subscription, Redemption, Private banking account opening docs, Fax docs)etc..,
Maintain the CIP docs (Customer Investment Profile)..
Check the investment and insurance documents status on daily basis on the approval tracker, (Wheather it is approved or not)
Checking and verify the customer account status on EBBS…
Preparing all outdoing Correspondences, Faxes, Emails, Internal Memos, etc.
Monitoring all Outgoing mail and receiving all Incoming mail.
Routing all the Incoming Correspondences to Appropriate Personnel and ensuring Action is take on Time.
Preparation, follow up and Maintaining Backup of all the Documents.
Managing the Confidentiality and backup of all the Important Documents.
Taking Care of overall Activities related to Administration
Registration, filing and maintenance of records and documents.
Maintaining the bank records and performing accounting tasks.
Data entry and loading other necessary information into the software programs.
Sending faxes in matters related to the office jobs and related works.
Works of daily errands that include handling communications with bank and mail room etc…
Maintain and organized up-to-date documents an E-ops to all allow easy access and retrivel of any document at any time from E-ops and File net..
Sending the corporate letters and investment portfolio statement to the customer.
Provide the team, managers with administrative support on daily basis administrative requirements.
Prepared the End of the day reports.
