Staff Writer/Data Entry Specialist Continental Who’s Who is seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Staff Writer/Data Entry Specialist. Superb time management and organization skills are a must. The candidate will be comfortable with general office operations including electronic correspondence, filing, and typing. Our Staff Writer/Data Entry Specialist is one of the faces of our organization and therefore should have good customer service and communication skills in order to best work with our clients. Our company is in need of a talented and experienced writer to craft and edit content for our online and print publications. The main goal of this role is to generate, cultivate and translate leads into informative and engaging content. The ideal candidate will be an expert wordsmith and storyteller that can showcase our product’s value in a compelling way. You should be a stickler for meeting deadlines and great at multi-tasking, as we balance multiple projects at once. Responsibilities and Requirements: Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Responsible for verifying members account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data to avoid duplicate entries or incorrect entries into our database. Responsible for writing, and editing press releases for our members for printed publication and website hosting. Being able to answer members concerns with knowledge via e-mail or telephone correspondence. MUST be able to type 85+ words per minute. · MUST be comfortable with answering phones and speaking with clients. · MUST be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. · MUST be able to multitask and work in a deadline-oriented environment. · Hourly Rate-$15 per hour · Medical benefits, Sick and personal time off · Paid on a weekly basis Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 /hour Experience: Writing: 2 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: One location
