Standby team for On Demand Catalog Updates

Greetings. Please read the description carefully. Although it's an easy project, it requires a lot of attention. Note that we cannot reply to freelancers who haven't gone through the description or propose different services. In case of doubt, please ask.

##What we have##
Our products are listed on a primary (P) website - like eBay - and a few other websites (F). Total SKUs are around 40, but may increase up to 100 or even more.
##What we need##
Our focus is mainly on the primary website. Updating info such as Price, Description, Stock, Image and similar on the other websites (F) is time consuming and one looses track easily. We need all products to be updated momentarily whenever a change has been made on the primary website (P). This can be any product/category change.
For instance: Item X was just sold on the primary website (P), hence the stock should be reduced on the other websites (F) by 1pcs. Or, if an item has been deleted from P, then the very same item needs to be removed from F. Bottom line: we need to keep our items on other websites in sync with our primary website.
##Who we need##
We need a small team to take care of simple online update tasks. Above tasks require a team, where each team member gets a shift to stand-by. Whenever we make a primary website product change, you will be notified by 'Email' or 'Slack' to IMMEDIATELY perform the changes on the other websites. This is usually a matter of minutes per website: Log in using our account to other website, find the item, do the change, that's it.
You decide on your team: you can either have 6 team members where each one covers a 4-hours shift, or you may have 12 people, where each one gets 2 hours. It is up to you to delegate your team accordingly, for us it is important to get the changes (almost) instantly and with Zero-Error margin done. Whenever you complete a change you'll have to notify us back (probably 'Slack').
##Who we don't need##
Please do NOT apply, if you intend on doing this alone. Also, this task does not require development work. Do not suggest us to use API access to other websites to create an automated system or similar. Don't! This is a purely manual task, where we eliminate technical errors/hurdles by relying on human accuracy.
##Important Notes##
You will be provided access to all 'other' websites (F).
There might be days with lots of updates, and days without any changes, which means you won't have to do any at all. However, standby is a must. So it's up to you to propose a fair compensation. For instance 'stand-by monthly fee' or 'product update commission' or both.
The way we track is mostly over Slack. If for instance you receive a notification at 3:15 pm to change product 'K' on websites 'X', 'Y' and 'Z', you'd probably want to acknowledge at no more than 3:17 pm, work on the changes and notify us on 'Slack' about completion at 3:25 pm.
