Export should look like
[login to view URL], [login to view URL], netbios-ns 3
8.8.8.8, [login to view URL], netbios-ns 1
I'm very open about how the export is created.
Please do a proposal with the associated costs

I can provide you a simple Perl or Python script that will parse your syslog into CSV file. I can complete it in less than 4 hours for just $30.
