Updating multi-channel Windows software distributions requires precise SHA256 checksum validation, manifest schema alignment, and clean pull requests. I will handle the packaging updates and directory submissions directly. ✅ Prepare and submit the pull request to microsoft/winget-pkgs with updated installer URLs, version, and architecture hashes. ✅ Update the Nuspec/install scripts for Chocolatey and push the update; update the JSON manifest in your custom Scoop Git bucket. ✅ Upload the new build release files to SourceForge and submit version update notifications/forms across AlternativeTo, Softpedia, Softonic, Uptodown, and Software Informer. ✅ Local verification: test-installing from updated manifests prior to submission to guarantee zero hash mismatches or installation failures. ✅ 10+ years production experience | 400+ completed projects | 320+ five-star reviews ✅ Microsoft® Certified: MCSA | MCSE | MCT & cPanel Certified (CWSA-2) For the Chocolatey package, do you maintain an automated CI pipeline (like GitHub Actions with AU) or do we manually run choco pack and choco push with your API key? I can deliver this in 1 day for 30 USD and can jump on it right now.

Hello, I hope your week is going well. I've handled package-manager releases for Windows tools before, and keeping several live listings in sync is familiar ground. One recent job was pushing a small desktop utility through winget-pkgs via PR after its installer hash changed between builds, then mirroring the same version into a private Scoop bucket so both channels matched. The winget validation step caught a mismatched architecture entry before review, which saved a rejected submission. For Snipe I'd start by collecting your version number, URLs and checksums, then update the winget manifest first since that bug fix matters most. Chocolatey and the Scoop bucket follow the same pass, then SourceForge and the editorial directories. Before I touch any manifest, it would help to compare notes on how the corrected package channel is structured, since that may change the hash we publish. Could we hop on a short call this week? Thank you, Zohaib

Hi, I’d handle this as a release-maintenance task across each existing distribution channel, keeping the package metadata and download integrity consistent everywhere. For winget, I’d update the manifests with the new version, installer URL, SHA256 checksum, architecture/install metadata, validate locally, and prepare the winget-pkgs pull request. For Chocolatey, I’d update the nuspec/install script/checksums and verify the package before submission. For Scoop, I’d update your bucket manifest and test install/upgrade behavior. I’d also update SourceForge, AlternativeTo, and the editorial directories where version edits are supported, using the supplied release notes, URLs, and corrected package details. I’d track each channel separately and confirm completion only when the public listing shows the new version or the package installs the new build successfully. I can work any time zone what you want. I am ready to start the project right away. Best regards, Pavle

Hello There! I hope you're doing well! I'd love to update the Snipe listings and packages across winget, Chocolatey, Scoop, SourceForge, and the specified software directories. Here's my approach: I’ll update the supplied version, URLs, checksums, and package metadata, then validate each submission and installation path. For winget, I’ll prepare the required manifest changes and pull request; for Chocolatey and Scoop, I’ll update the package definitions and verify installation. I’ll also update SourceForge, AlternativeTo, Softpedia, Softonic, Uptodown, and Software Informer where version editing is supported, confirming that each publicly reflects the new build. My skills in package management, Git, Windows software deployment, manifests, scripting, and release workflows fit this project well. I have few questions: 1. What is the new version number? 2. Is the Scoop bucket already accessible? 3. Which channel has the corrected package? I’m ready to begin with the supplied credentials and release details. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Touhidul Islam

Hi, I'll begin by checking the current listings and your new version details. Delivering updated listings across winget, Chocolatey, Scoop, SourceForge, and AlternativeTo is the goal. I’ve handled builds where winget manifests, Chocolatey packages, and Scoop buckets had to be updated and verified across multiple directories, and where the only thing more stubborn than the manifests was the SourceForge upload page. If awarded, I’m determined to win this and confident I can deliver high-quality results within the deadline. Best regards.

Hi, Your Snipe software listings across winget, Chocolatey, Scoop, and SourceForge will be fully updated to the new version with correct checksums and installer URLs. I work regularly with package manifests and command-line tooling on Windows environments, so I will handle this directly through Git and PowerShell. The process starts by pulling the latest repositories, updating the version tags and SHA256 hashes in the winget and Chocolatey manifests, and pushing the changes. I will then test the local Scoop manifest and upload the new binaries to SourceForge, making sure not to mix up the silent install switches for the new release. For $10, all four package sources will be updated and verified within 1 day. Shall I start with the winget and Chocolatey manifests first?

Hello, I have reviewed your Snipe listing update project. With 5+ years in software engineering and hands-on experience with winget manifests (PRs to winget-pkgs), Chocolatey packaging, Scoop buckets, and software directory submissions, I can update all your live listings to the new build. My approach: winget: Submit a corrected manifest PR to winget-pkgs with the new version, download URL, and SHA256 checksums, fixing the published bug. Chocolatey: Update the package with the new version and checksums, then push to the community repository. SourceForge: Update the release files and version metadata. Scoop: Update your bucket manifest with the new version and hash. AlternativeTo: Update the listing version and release notes. Editorial directories: Submit version updates to Softpedia, Softonic, Uptodown, and Software Informer where permitted. Done means each listing publicly shows or installs the new build. I will verify each channel after update. You supply the version number, download URLs, checksums, and account access at kickoff. Let me push your new build live. Noor ul Amin
