I can do this for you on the ETH blockchain but I think you would need to do some things with your POS system and with production to really make this work. So I can make an interface for you to log each item on the blockchain with a unique id but then the label/receipt for the product would need a QR code for that (which is easy to make digitally but i'm just thinking about printing it). Then to verify that the customer actually bought item #1234 and didnt just buy something with a copied QR you would have to log the date of each purchase on the blockchain also - so this would require scanning the label/receipt and then using some interface to update the date of sale for that item. I guess the easiest way to implement a reward system would be to have an app that scans QR codes on the receipt to give the customer their TBD coins - I think something like this would be around $2-3k in total if you want to go this route but feel free to contact me if you had something else in mind
