This position will get the opportunity to assist in several areas of our company, mostly with customer service, greeting and assisting customers on the phone, in person, and on livechat, answering the phone, helping with customer questions, and more! Additionally you'll help with filing, organization, completing projects, and helping in getting our orders shipped out. We are looking for an employee that will show initiative and will willing to grow into a possible larger role with expanded duties down the road. While not required, having knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. We are willing to train and are really looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Dedication towards customer satisfaction is a must. Regular raises and bonuses are given in return for hard work and we also offer paid time off and profit sharing.
